Making movies, even independently, is expensive! Your money helps keep the Minor Mogul’s website online, and contributes to the production of Minor Mogul movies.
Thank you for supporting making movies independently.
The best and easiest way to send money is by Interac e-Transfer. It’s the best and easiest way because Minor Mogul gets your money right away, doesn’t have to take action to do so, and doesn't have to pay a transfer fee of any kind. That may matter less to you than it does around here. But seriously, if your financial institution offers the feature, it’s a handy and secure way to send and receive money.
If you are new to this method of sending money, Interac has a short video introducing e-Transfers. It gives you a solid briefing in 40 seconds:
Basically, you log in to your bank account, add Minor Mogul as a payee (use name “Minor Mogul Movies” and email address “MinorMogul@GMail.com”), and transfer money right out of your bank account and into Minor Mogul’s.
When you send an e-Transfer to MinorMogul@GMail.com, you should not be asked for a security question as the transfer is automatically deposited. If you are prompted to answer a question, please double-check to see that the email has no typos. We don’t want your money going to the wrong people, do we? No, we don’t.
Sending a cheque to Minor Mogul is simple! Make it payable to “Minor Mogul Movies”, pop it into an envelope, mail it to Minor Mogul’s postal address, and Bob’s your uncle (if your mother’s brother is named Robert).
It’s not always the best idea to send cash through the mail: it’s hard to track because of its anonymous nature. On the other hand, it can be a great idea to buy stuff with cash because of its anonymous nature.
As with cheques, simply stuff it into an envelope and mail it to Minor Mogul’s postal address.
No Minor Mogul would rip someone off, but some dishonest individual in the middle might intercept cash, and it’s gone without trace. If you want to send cash through the mail, exercise reasonable caution. Wrap it so you can’t tell what it is, and maybe send it registered mail so you know it’s been delivered.
